silver linings playbook trailer

Finally the trailer I've been waiting for!! I've been excited about this movie since I heard about it a while back. Mainly because it has Jennifer Lawrence in it, but now that the trailer is out it looks better than we could have expected. Plus you can't beat a cast of Jennifer Lawrence, Bradley Cooper and Robert De Niro. It looks like it shows off both Jennifer's natural comedic timing and her ability to play super deep characters. So I hope you guys look forward to November 21st as much as I am.

in honor of 4th of july: Is that freedom I smell?

My friend found this on Tumbler, from this specific one. And usually I'd just give the link, but this one is too good not to put on here. Hahaha, happy almost birthday America.

Is that freedom I smell?

heartwarmer of the day

Coca Cola made a cool commercial recently which already has nearly 4 million views and it was only put on YouTube 8 days ago. They found neat/funny/sweet/weird security camera footage from nearly everywhere. My favorite is the fish and scuba divers running out of the elevator

another great cat video

My friends showed me this video the other day and it's great. Now, I know there's a plethora of hilarious cat videos on the internet, but this one is one of my favorites. If you watch till the end you won't be disappointed. It's 36 seconds well spent.

Trizou triathlon

for those of you that don't know, I'm doing the TriZou sprint triathlon tomorrow. I've been posting about it and my other racing exploits on my other blog. So, sorry this one has been getting a bit neglected lately. It's my second year doing it and as long as the rain holds off, it should be fun.

Second hand white baby grand

I hate the fact that I watch the tv show 'Smash' because it has stupid and/or unbelievable plot lines and annoying over the top dramatics. The only reason I started watching in the first place is because I've been a Megan Hilty fan for years now since she was in Wicked the musical.

It totally paid off with the best song of the show so far. Megan sung a song; 'second hand white baby grand' (an original written by Marc Shaiman and Scott Whitman-hats off to you guys). And it was absolutely beautiful/amazing/flawless. It's such a perfect song for a broadway singer like Megan; no pop star has the ability to sing it, let alone do it any justice. Listening to it is one thing, but you need to look up the clip on hulu and watch Megan perform, because she does it with such great emotion. Even if you don't like musicals you should watch the clip because that's just how good it is.
